Ocean view private house. We are just steps to the beach in this pet friendly 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. Plenty of room for parking for your cars. Large bedrooms with beds to sleep 10 people. Master bedroom has a King size bed, Bedroom 2 has two full size beds, and Bedroom 3 has two full size beds. Large front porch with rocking chairs. Large living room and dining area with flat screen tv. All bedrooms have flat screen tv's. Wireless high speed internet. Lovely, covered outdoor space on the ground level to enjoy the beach life in the shade. Feel free to bring along your best friend too, because we are pet friendly at this house. This is the perfect place to make your family beach memories at the beach in our house that we call "Hinton Haven".

Booking Confirmation
All reservations require 50% deposit of the total rate stay, plus a refundable damage deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival. Payments not received will cancel your booking request, and allow the rental to go back in available status for the selected days.

Initial Amount Owed: 50% of the total rate for period(s) selected.
Damage Deposit: $500 – due 30 days prior to your arrival.
Remaining payments: All remaining payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival.
